Who Andrew is

Andrew Palhetas is an Ontario real estate investor, a realtor with Rock Star Real Estate Inc., Brokerage, and the author of Twice the Summers (launching November 26, 2026 on Amazon.ca). Before real estate became his full-time focus he was an IT Director of Business Development. In September 2012, Canadian Real Estate Wealth magazine profiled him in "8 investment properties and counting" for building a portfolio of eight investment properties, most of them rent-to-own, and for using joint ventures to keep growing when bank financing ran out.
